We manufacture our medical trays using high-quality stainless steel (SS316 grades), ensuring excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and compatibility with hospital sterilization processes. For plastic hollowware, we use medical-grade polymers such as Polypropylene (PP), Polycarbonate (PC), which are non-toxic, BPA-free, and compliant with international medical safety standards. All materials are rigorously tested for biocompatibility, chemical resistance, and sterilization compatibility, making them completely safe for hospital, surgical, and clinical use.

Yes, our plastic hollowware products are designed to withstand various sterilization processes used in medical and hospital settings. Depending on the polymer used:

  • Polypropylene (PP) products are autoclavable up to 121°C and compatible with ETO, Plasma, and Gamma sterilization.
  • Polycarbonate (PC) products can withstand higher temperatures (up to ~134°C) for steam sterilization and are also compatible with ETO, Plasma, and Gamma.
  • HDPE products are generally suitable for ETO and Gamma sterilization, but not for high-temperature autoclaving.

We recommend referring to product-specific sterilization guidelines provided with each item to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Yes, we specialise in manufacturing customised medical trays and plastic hollowware to meet specific hospital, surgical, and OEM requirements. With our in-house tool room and mold development facility, we can design and produce products in customised sizes, shapes, colours, and branding, irrespective of order quantity, ensuring flexibility for both small and large procurement needs.

Additionally, our range of medical trays covers all required instrument sizes and shapes, including specialised trays for general surgery, dental, orthopaedic, laparoscopy, urology, and other disciplines, ensuring optimal compatibility with your instrument sets and procedural requirements.

  • Yes, we offer complete in-house mould development services for customised plastic products. Our facility is equipped with advanced CNC machines, EDM, and precision tooling equipment, along with a skilled design and engineering team to develop high-quality moulds tailored to your specifications. This ensures faster development timelines, cost efficiency, design confidentiality, and consistent product quality for all your customised plastic manufacturing needs.

Our plastic injection moulding facility is equipped with multiple machines ranging from 80 tons to 500 tons, enabling us to manufacture a wide range of small to large plastic products. We have the capacity to produce bulk quantities efficiently, with the flexibility to run multi-cavity moulds for high-volume production as well as single-cavity moulds for customised or lower-volume orders. Our production infrastructure operates on multiple shifts, ensuring timely delivery for large-scale projects and consistent quality across all batches.

The timeline for developing a new mould typically ranges from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity and design requirements of the product. This includes design finalisation, mould machining, assembly, and initial trials. After successful sampling and client approval, we can commence mass production immediately, with production planning and delivery schedules aligned to meet your project timelines efficiently.
